Hi there, I’m Sammy Kennedy.

Multi-industry entrepreneur, podcaster, and founder of The Leaders Lounge Podcast Studio.

In July 2024, I launched my podcast from my studio apartment with a small budget and a clear vision.

What started as a simple setup quickly grew, and 25,000 downloads later, I realised I had outgrown the space. The quality of the conversations was rising, but the environment no longer reflected the level of professionalism my guests, audience, and brand deserved.

That turning point led to the creation of The Leaders Lounge - a purpose-built, cinematic podcast studio designed not just for myself, but for founders and leaders who’ve outgrown DIY setups and are ready to command their presence at a higher level.

Step 1: Secure your recording session

Choose your preferred recording time and secure your spot. Confirmation is instant.

Step 2: Complete your studio brief

Complete a short studio brief so we can prepare everything before you arrive - speakers, cameras, layout and lighting.

Step 3: Arrive, record, create.

We set up your microphones, cameras and lighting, run quick checks - then step out. You record privately and comfortably, with support nearby if you need it.

Step 4: Leave with your content, (or let us handle it)

Let us handle the editing and deliver it ready to publish.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking sessions 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure you get your preferred day and time. Our residency clients will always have priority to book their preferred times up to 6 months in advance.

Do you accept last minute bookings?

Where availability allows, yes - but premium sessions are limited to maintain a boutique experience.

How many people can record in the podcast studio?

Our studio comfortably accommodates up to three speakers.

For 1 guest you can choose between sitting on a boucle chair or our 2 seater couch.
For 2 guests we have the option of using 2x white boucle chairs OR 1x 2 seater couch.

For 3 guests we have the option of using 1x white boucle chair and 1x 2 seater couch.

What equipment do you have available?

3x broadcast quality Shure SM7dB microphones
Multi-camera cinematic video capture (2x Sony EV10's and 1x Canon 5D)
Professional studio lighting (2x Amaran COB 60X s bi-colour lighting and 120cm octagon soft boxes)

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

We provide all the equipment you need to get set up and record. If you would like to set up an additional tripod for recording from your phone or any other lighting, coloured pillows/blankets to match your brand, etc. you are welcome to.

Please remember to bring your hard drive if you’d like to take files home immediately.

Will someone help me get set up?

Yes. Our on-site technician will handle microphone placement, camera framing, and lighting before you begin.

After all the final checks are done and you're ready to go, they will leave you in your own comfort to record alone.

If at any time you do need some support, you can simply find them in the office and ask for help.

Will someone be in the room while I record?

No. Once you’re set up, you’ll have privacy to record comfortably. Our technician remains nearby if needed.

What should I wear?

Neutral, solid colours work best on camera.

Avoid busy patterns, small stripes, and short skirts.

How do I receive my files?

You can:

1) Transfer files to your hard drive before leaving
or

2) Leave them with us for professional editing and production.

Is this suitable for first-time podcasters?

Absolutely. Whether you’re experienced or recording your first episode, we guide you through setup so you feel confident.

I already have an agency or VA that edits episodes, can I just record?

Yes, absolutely. We offer the option for you to take the raw files home with you on the day so you can upload and/or send to your team for editing after.

What's your cancellation policy?

All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking to secure your studio time.

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 72 hours of your session will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

As a boutique studio, we reserve limited daily sessions to maintain a premium experience. We appreciate your understanding.
